Perion Properties provides a solution for accidental or struggling landlords. We will take on your property and remove all the daily stresses and strains. Moreover, all tenant communication will be handled directly by us.
Here at Perion Properties it remains a high priority that our tenants are content with our service and accommodation.
Upon reserving a property, applicants will be required to pay our fees as follows: First applicant £150. Subsequent applicants and / or any guarantor: £75. These charges cover our referencing and admin costs. We do not charge VAT and these funds are non-refundable.
Perion Properties will showcase your house on our website for future sharers to know the type of accommodation they can expect.
We will ensure that your rent is paid whether your property is vacant or the tenant goes into arrears. This will reassure you that, whatever the circumstances, you will receive your rent month in and month out.
